Pipeline Stages

Understand how to track investors through your pipeline from initial contact to final outcome.

What are Pipeline Stages?

Pipeline stages help you track where each investor prospect is in your relationship-building process. This allows you to manage your outreach efforts and prioritize follow-ups.

Available Stages

  • New: Prospect has been imported but not yet contacted
  • Contacted: Initial outreach has been sent
  • Interested: Prospect has shown interest or responded positively
  • Not Interested: Prospect is not a good fit or has declined

Updating Pipeline Status

You can update a prospect's pipeline status:

  • From the prospect detail page - use the status dropdown
  • From the prospects list - use the status dropdown
  • Automatically - AI Reply Analyzer (Premium) can update status based on email responses

Pipeline Analytics

Track your pipeline health with:

  • Conversion rates between stages
  • Time spent in each stage
  • Monthly AI reports (Premium) with pipeline insights

Best Practices

  • Update status promptly after each interaction
  • Use "Interested" to flag hot prospects for follow-up
  • Mark "Not Interested" prospects to focus on better fits
  • Review pipeline regularly to identify bottlenecks
