Customize how fit scores are calculated to match your organization's priorities.
Overview
Custom Fit Scoring allows you to adjust the weights of different factors in the fit score calculation. This ensures that scores reflect what matters most to your organization.
Configurable Weights
You can customize weights for:
- Geography: How much location matters to you
- Sector Alignment: Importance of sector matching
- Investment Stage: Weight of stage preferences
- Investor Type: Preference for solo angels vs networks vs VCs
- Recent Activity: How much recent investment activity matters
- Portfolio Alignment: Importance of portfolio company similarity
How to Configure
- Go to Settings → Fit Scoring
- Adjust sliders for each factor
- Weights must sum to 100%
- Click "Save" to apply changes
- Scores will be recalculated automatically
Best Practices
- Start with default weights and adjust based on results
- Focus on 2-3 factors that matter most to you
- Review score distributions after changes
- Test different weight configurations
