Apollo Ingestion

Overview

Apollo Ingestion connects to your Apollo.io account to automatically import investor contacts based on configurable filters. All imported prospects are automatically enriched and scored.

Setup

1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Apollo
2. Connect your Apollo.io API key
3. Configure filters (regions, titles, industries, company headcount)
4. Set up automated monthly ingestion or run manual imports

Filter Options

• Regions: Filter by geographic regions
• Titles: Target specific job titles (e.g., "Partner", "Managing Director")
• Industries: Filter by industry focus
• Company Headcount: Target firms of specific sizes

Ingestion Modes

• Manual: Run imports on-demand when you need fresh data
• Automated: Schedule monthly automatic imports
