Frequently Asked Questions
Low fit scores usually mean prospects don't match your organization's preferences well. Check your Location and Portfolio settings in Settings, and consider adjusting your Custom Fit Scoring weights. Scores are recalculated automatically when you update preferences.
Check that your CSV file is properly formatted (comma-separated, UTF-8 encoding). Ensure required columns (name, email) are present. Try importing a smaller file first to test. If issues persist, check the import history for error details.
Some AI features require Pro or Premium plans (AI Outreach, AI Prospect Insights). Basic plan includes AI scoring and enrichment. Check your plan in Settings → Billing. If you need help, contact support.
Yes! Use the export feature on the Prospects page. You can export all prospects or apply filters first. Exports include all prospect data and can be downloaded as CSV.
Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password". Enter your email and we'll send you a link to reset your password. If you're still having trouble, please contact support.
Check that your API keys are correct and have the necessary permissions. For Apollo.io, ensure your API key has read access. For email marketing platforms, verify OAuth permissions. Try disconnecting and reconnecting.
Scores are recalculated automatically, but it may take a few moments. Try refreshing the page. If scores still don't update, go to Settings → Fit Scoring and click "Recalculate Scores" manually.
Common Issues
Import Errors
If CSV imports fail, check file format, encoding (UTF-8), and required columns. Try importing a smaller sample first.
Slow Performance
Large datasets may take time to load. Use filters to narrow results. Consider exporting and working with subsets if needed.
Missing Features
